Eat drink and be merry

I've been cooking up a storm recently, with a variety of new cookbooks and new people to experiment on (my guinea pigs...er roommates are fantastic).

Last night we made grilled pork tenderloin with romano cheese in a marinade that consisted of crushed (by hand) fennel seeds, sage, lemon rind and hot pepper flakes among other things. The combination was delish!

And tonight I made the following recipe with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. I LOVE SUMMER!!
